Just a quick warning for anyone shopping around for a roof box: don’t overlook the locking system. I bought a thule roof box, the lock is the main reason I feel comfortable using it. It clicks shut really solidly, and the key doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap like some locks you can practically wiggle loose. I’ve left it on my car overnight a few times while traveling and haven’t had any issues. Obviously, nothing is totally theft-proof, so use common sense, but compared to my old setup, this feels way more secure. Really happy with it so far.

The packaging showed up super clean with no dents or damage anywhere. it looked so perfect I was almost suspicious it had just been packed right before delivery, but everything seemed fine.

I’ve been using this stroller around town and it’s been really easy to handle. I can steer it with one hand, which is a big win lol. It turns smoothly in tight spots and doesn’t feel heavy to push. I’ve taken it on sidewalks and even a little gravel, and it did totally fine. So far, I’m really happy with it!

I ordered this from thule.com and overall the rack itself feels really solid. No major complaints with the build or anything. The annoying part is using it day to day with my garage. Umm, the clearance is super close, so I have to remind myself every single time before pulling in. Low parking garages make me a little nervous too. I do wish the height info had been easier to figure out before I bought it. It’s not a bad rack at all, just not the easiest setup for everyday use.

I bought a thule bike rack and, shockingly, it actually feels as solid as everyone says. The locks work well, nothing rattles around or tries to launch itself off the car on the road, which is always a nice little bonus. It said it would fit my vehicle, but uh, the brackets didn’t line up right at all. I ended up having to return it, which was annoying...

I had to return one item and later ended up using the warranty for a broken part. The return process was easy, which I appreciated since I’m not a big fan of dealing with returns in general. The warranty response did take a few days, and personally I get a little impatient with that stuff, but they did come through and got it sorted. Overall, I’d say the support was good, just not the quickest

I bought this from Thule it feels really strong and well made. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay, so I did hesitate for a minute. But then I opened it up and, okay, wow, this thing feels legit. So far it seems worth the money, and shipping was totally fine too.

During a 2-hour drive, the box kept moving around enough that I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I ended up stopping twice just to tighten everything and check it. It made the whole trip way more stressful than it should’ve been

I’ve been using this for a while now and I’m impressed. The material feels sturdy, the stitching/finish hasn’t started coming apart, and it still looks and works just as well as when I first got it. Definitely feels like something that’s made to last...

I bought this from thule.com, and overall I do think it’s a good, sturdy rack. It feels well built, it holds everything securely, and I don’t really have any complaints about the quality of the rack itself. The main thing that’s been bothering me is the hatch access on my SUV. Even when I tilt the rack down, it still sits closer to the rear of the vehicle than I expected, so I have to open the hatch slowly and kind of pay attention every time. It’s not impossible to use or anything, but the clearance is definitely tighter than I was hoping for. For occasional trips it would probably be fine, but for daily use it gets a little annoying. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad rack, just one of those things that feels more frustrating once you’re actually using it regularly.

I bought this from thule.com, and the opening and closing mechanism is probably the best part. I usually notice when stuff feels cheap or gets frustrating, but this clicks into place easily without having to fight with it. I can even do it one-handed sometimes, which is nice. Closing feels secure too, so I’m not left wondering if it’s loose or half-latched. It’s a small thing, but if it had been clunky, it would’ve bothered me every time I used it. Thankfully, that hasn’t been an issue.

I really like the design, it’s clean, not bulky at all, and it looks great on my car. It also feels well made overall. That said, I’m a little disappointed that the finish scratched much easier than I expected. For something that looks this nice, I expected it to hold up better, and I do think an apology from the company would be fair...

I’m really grateful for how simple this makes things. It’s easy to load up and just as easy to take off after every trip, which saves me a lot of hassle

I picked up this thule bag for travel, the quality is really good. It feels sturdy and well made, and I can tell it’ll probably last a long time. But the way it’s described makes it sound a lot easier to carry than it actually is. Once you pack it up, it gets heavy and awkward, especially going through airports or hauling it up stairs. The handles are fine, but they don’t really make it feel that portable. For the price, I expected it to be more convenient to move around. It’s a nice, durable bag, but the wording around portability is definitely a bit misleading.

I used this during a full day of heavy rain, I think it was last weekend, or maybe the weekend before, and everything inside stayed completely dry. i was impressed because it rained nonstop

I got a thule child seat for my bike, and the main thing I pay attention to is whether my kid looks comfortable. So far, he seems really settled in it every ride. The straps sit nicely without digging in, and the seat angle looks just right. I haven’t fussed over every little feature, but the adjustments I actually use are quick and easy, even when we’re trying to get out the door.

I found the roof box I needed quickly, I think it was sometime earlier this month or maybe late last month. The menus were easy to figure out and checkout didn’t have any weird extra steps or glitches. My payment went through on the first try and the confirmation email showed up right away.
